Electric water plays a huge role in performance, exercise and in our daily lives. In order to perform at our best, physically, the body must be full hydrated for optimal function. Adequate hydration, especially at the cellular level has been shown to improve, mobility, flexibility, endurance, stamina, recovery, and strength to name a few benefits.

As we exercise we are constantly putting our muscular and skeletal system in periods of stress and resistance in order for us to grow and adapt.
